Joint Powers Authority to acquire, plan, design, finance, construct, operate and maintain a multi-modal transportation corridor to connect the City of Elk Grove, the County of Sacramento, the City of Rancho Cordova, the City of Folsom and the County of El Dorado, known as the "Connector Project."

MEMBERSHIP
One (1) Director and One (1) Alternate shall be appointed by each Member for its governing body. Each Director and Alternate shall serve at the pleasure of the appointing Member.

MEETINGS
All meetings shall be held in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act. There shall be a resolution to establish the number of regular meetings to be held each year, as well as, the date, hour and location of meeting; provided the Board meets at least once every three months.
