Advises & makes recommendations to Board of Supervisors & Director of Emergency Services on all matters pertaining to planning for state of war, state & local emergencies, including but not limited to, recommendations on revisions to the County Emergency Plan and emergency & mutual aid plans & agreements. One qualified person from each supervisorial district;qualified being a person that has expertise or interest in emergency planning matters. Meetings held no less than once every three months.
