Background
On June 28, 2005, the Board of Supervisors approved the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the County of El Dorado and the El Dorado County Managers' Association for the term of June 25, 2005 through December 31, 2007 (MOU).  Attachment A of the MOU listed classifications that were formerly covered under the Salary and Benefits Resolution as classifications now covered under this MOU and assigned to the MA bargaining unit.  Included in that list was the classification of Assistant Public Defender.  The salary schedule was subsequently updated to reflect the new bargaining unit designation for the classifications listed in Attachment A of the MOU, however, due to a clerical error, the bargaining unit for Assistant Public Defender was not changed and remained UM.
Action(s) to be taken following Board approval
Human Resources will make the correction to the salary schedule.
