DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Garry Gates resigned from the position of SAGE Member. Staff supporting the BIAC are requesting that Brian Frazier be approved by the Board as the primary member representing SAGE to the BIAC. Brian Frazier is currently the SAGE Alternate Member to the BIAC so this would create a vacancy for the alternate position for a SAGE representative. This is a very specific appointment and as such a Notice of Vacancy was not posted.
