Due to the specific nature of the appointment, a Notice of Vacancy was not posted by the Clerk's office. The Clerk's office received the recommendation on February 29, 2024 from the Director of Environmental Management Department to appoint Deana Watkins-Howey as the Alternate for City of Placerville.
