The Chair recommends the appointment of an Ad Hoc Evaluation Committee, with a specific annual focus, to review and evaluate the community's behavioral health needs, services, and facilities. The committee may be assigned to evaluate and report on special issues. The Committee shall develop a report and informational presentation to educate the Commission and public on service provisions.
