Auditor Controller recommending the Board receive and file the 2009/2010 report of allocation of funds from the County's Supplemental Law Enforcement Funds and the annual report submitted to the State Controller.

Reason for Recommendation: SLESF funds are received from the State in accordance with AB3229, Chapter 134 that added GC 30061 through 30065. The State funds are distributed to the counties based on populations and distributed to Jail, District Attorney, Sheriff and Cities based on a formula specified in GC 30061. Government Code 30063 subdivision (c) requires a public report showing allocations from the county's Supplemental Law Enforcement Fund filed with the Board of Supervisors, Law Enforcement Oversight Committee (SLEOC), Sheriff and Police Chiefs.
