Title: El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office recommending the Cal-ID RAN Board: 1. Receive a presentation of the Cal-ID RAN Board FY 2020/21 actual expenditures and the FY 21/22 Proposed Budget; 2. Make final determinations on how to encumber the balance of the funds available in the Cal-ID RAN Board Account Pursuant to Vehicle Code 9250; 3. Authorize the Sheriff’s Office Chief Fiscal Officer to prepare a Budget Transfer and submit to the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors for approval, finalizing the FY 2021/22 Cal-ID RAN Board Budget in the accounting system; 4. Authorize the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office Chief Fiscal Officer to submit the Cal-ID RAN Board FY 2020/21 Year End Report; and 5. Make findings that future meetings may need to continue to be held using Zoom or other teleconferencing methods due to the California State of Emergency that exists due to Covid-19.
