The Restated Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement is effective July 1, 2013; and 2) Authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director to execute further documents relating to 142-O1111, including amendments thereto, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and the Chief Administrative Officer with regard to the California Mental Health Services Authority and participation therein, in accordance with Resolution 024-2011.
