(DBA HomeBase), for the provision of a Strategic Planning Document and first-year Implementation Plan to the El Dorado County Opportunity Knocks Continuum of Care, in the amount of $55,000, for a one-year term effective upon execution; and 2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute further documents relating to funding Agreement 4244, including amendments which do not increase the maximum dollar amount or term of the Agreement, and contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management.
