Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: No change. The Agreement is funded by Federal/State Social Services allocation (85%) with required County match (15%) met primarily with realignment resources. Funds for anticipated annual expenditures are budgeted for FY 2011-12 and will be included in future County Budget Requests.

Compensation: Payments to contractor are made within thirty (30) days following the County’s receipt and approval of itemized invoices identifying services rendered. Compensation is based upon specified billing rates for actual services performed and documented per contract requirements.

Termination: Agreement includes termination language that allows the County to terminate the Agreement without cause in sixty (60) calendar days upon written notice.
