Reason for Recommendation: The compressor in the Trane chiller incorporated in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system for Buildings A and B in the Government Center is in need of repair. Under the proposed Agreement, the compressor will be removed from the County facility and shipped to the factory for complete refurbishing. Once the work is complete, a new serial number will be issued and a five year warranty and scheduled maintenance and repair services will be provided for the compressor and chiller.
