Tom Celio represents the highest county standard in public service. There has never been a project that Tom and his crew could not manage. He is a solutions oriented representative of the Department of Transportation and has been a wonderful example for his colleagues and other departments.
Tom Celio will be truly missed and it will be difficult to find another with such dedication and dependability that is a natural extension of who he is.
