Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: There is no change to net county cost. The Public Defender has sufficient funding in the current budget to cover this expense.
Reason for Recommendation: The original agreement expired November 4, 2008. After the expiration, the Public Defender's Office utilize the services on a case; and has been invoiced for a total of $9,918.75. This amendment will extend the original agreement allowing the vendor to be paid for services rendered.
Action to be taken following Board approval: An invoice for services will be sent to the Auditor's office for payment
