Reason for Recommendation
The results of the votes cast at the Consolidated General Election held November 6, 2012 were certified by the Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters on November 21, 2012. Elections Code section 15400 states that the governing Board shall declare the results of each election held under its jurisdiction.

Return a signed minute order to the Elections Department.
