Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost
There is no Net County Cost associated with this Agreement. Sufficient appropriations were included in the Fiscal Year (“FY”) 2012-13 budget, were submitted in the FY 2013-14 Budget Request, and will be included in future budgets for the term of the Agreement.

Background
Dignity Health Medical Foundation, through its Woodland facility, is one of very few facilities in California that offer both medical and mental health services in the same setting. On March 8, 2013, the Purchasing Agent signed Agreement for Services 628-S1210, with a term of April 10, 2012 through April 9, 2013 and maximum obligation of $61,300, to reimburse Dignity for services provided during that period. Since that time, the Health and Human Services Agency (“HHSA”) received additional invoices for services provided in February 2012, requiring retroactive extension of the term to allow payment for services performed.
