Background/Reason for Recommendation
On June 28, 2011, the Board approved Agreement for Services 004-S1211 with Progress House, Inc. to provide therapeutic counseling, classes, substance abuse testing/treatment, residential treatment/transitional housing, and related services during the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2014.
The County is exercising Item D "Termination or Cancellation without Cause" in Article XXI of Agreement for Services 004-S1211 with Progress House, Inc.
HHSA is in the process of transitioning all remaining clients to other contract providers in order to ensure services to clients have minimal impact.
Action to Be Taken Following Board Approval
1) Chair to sign one copy of the Termination of Agreement for Services #004-S1211 between the County of El Dorado and Progress House, Inc.
2) Board Clerk's Office to return signed termination of services letter to Health and Human Services Agency Contracts Unit at 3057 Briw Road.
