Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost
None. This Agreement is funded in the County Counsel's FY 13/14 budget so there is no change to the net county cost.
Recommended Action: Approve continuation for the Department's current perpetual agreement.
Reason for Recommendation: County Counsel administers this Agreement for Services requiring payment, which automatically renews from year to year (please see attached). This Agreement consists of licensing for software and maintenance.
We are bringing this matter before your board pursuant to requirement of El Dorado County Policy C-17, Procurement Policy, so that you have the opportunity to be made aware of this Agreement which was approved by prior Boards. We have also provided you with information as to the termination requirement of this Agreement. This Agreement is of value to County Counsel, its operations, and County Counsel recommends its continued use.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
County Counsel shall review and approve invoices upon receipt, and forward requests to Auditor/Controller for payment
