The City Manager, Nancy Kerry, on behalf of the City Council, for the City of South Lake Tahoe, has invited the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors to join the Douglas County Commission at a first-ever, combined jurisdictional, special meeting, at 1:30 p.m., to discuss subjects of mutual interest, including: The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency Area Plans, Tahoe Transportation District projects, and the Recreation Master Plan process and projects.
The morning session, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., will be specific to El Dorado County issues; while the afternoon session will combine the three jurisdictions and their related issues, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m
A lunch with elected officials from each jurisdiction is being proposed from noon to 1:00 p.m. at the airport restaurant, as well.
