Background
The El Dorado County Bridge Program presentation will outline the inventory system, the inspection program, the work prioritization and the funding for the maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement for the County's bridges. El Dorado County has 79 bridges that are maintained by the County. Routine maintenance is performed by the County's bridge crew as recommended per the Caltrans inspection reports. The County currently has 25 of the County's 79 bridges included in the Transportation Division's 2013 Capital Improvement Program.
The El Dorado County Bridge Program presentation will also be presented at a public meeting on the evening of Tuesday, December 17, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at 2850 Fairlane Court, Placerville, CA in the Planning Commission Hearing Room located on the first floor.
