Background
The Sheriff's Office (SO) and the Probation Department have had an agreement with Madeira Group International for several years to provide "as-needed" background investigative services for new hires. This agreement is to continue receiving these services for a new three-year contract term.
Reason for Recommendation
Approval of this contract is essential to ensure that services utilized by the SO and Probation Department continue to be provided.

SO will return a fully executed original to Madeira Group International.
