Background
The drainage and public utility easements, as shown on Lot 199 of "VILLAGE H, EL DORADO HILLS, UNIT 5", recorded at Book I of Subdivisions at Page 16 was offered to the County of El Dorado by Serrano Associates LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company , on September 29, 1998. The easements were accepted by the County of El Dorado on October 27, 1998 and the Subdivision Map recorded on October 29, 1998.

Reason for Recommendation:
A request has been submitted by, Sheila Amiri, owner of APN 123-142-04, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate the drainage and public utility easements located on the subject property. Said easements are more particularly described in Exhibit A, and depicted on Exhibit B of attached Resolution.

AT&T, Comcast, El Dorado Irrigation District and Pacific Gas & Electric have not used said easements for the purpose for which they were dedicated and find no present or future need exists for those portions of the easements and do not object to their vacation, and to that end, have all issued letters to this effect.
El Dorado County Transportation Division has not used said easements for the purpose for which they were dedicated and find no present or future need exists for those portions of the easements and do not object to their vacation, and to that end, has provided written approval to the County Surveyor's Office.
