County Surveyor's Office recommending the Board consent to, but reject an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 15-002) from BLACKSTONE MASTER ASSOCIATION, A CALIFORNIA NON-PROFIT MUTUAL BENEFIT CORPORATION, for a drainage easement located on a portion of Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 118-570-08 and 118-160-14. Parcels are further identified as Lot C of Subdivisions, Book J, Page 111 and Lot 9 of Subdivisions, Book J, Page 43, as recorded at the Recorders Office, El Dorado County. Authorization for recording said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
DISCUSSION BACKGROUND:
The County Surveyor's Office received an application from BLACKSTONE MASTER ASSOCIATION, A CALIFORNIA NON-PROFIT MUTUAL BENEFIT CORPORATION, for an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 15-002), for a drainage easement on Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 118-570-08 and 118-160-14, and being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached IOD. The subject property is further identified as Lot C of Subdivisions, Book J, Page 111 and Lot 9 of Subdivisions, Book J, Page 43, as recorded at the Recorders Office, El Dorado County.
