DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS:
County Surveyor's Office recommending the Board consent to, but reject, an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 15-001) from RIDGEVIEW HOMES WEST LLC, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, for a drainage easement located on a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 120-700-04. Parcel is further identified as Lot 4 of Subdivisions, Book J, Page 104, as recorded at the Recorders Office, El Dorado County. Authorization for recording said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
DISCUSSION BACKGROUND:
The County Surveyor's Office received an application from RIDGEVIEW HOMES WEST LLC, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, for an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 15-001), for a drainage easement on Assessor's Parcel Number 120-700-04, and being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached IOD. The subject property is further identified as Lot 4 of Subdivisions, Book J, Page 104, as recorded at the Recorders Office, El Dorado County.

The Community Development Agency, Transportation Services Division, has reviewed said IOD and supports the consent to, and rejection of, this offer.

CAO recommending the Board move staff's recommendation to consent to, but reject, an irrevocable offer of dedication.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no Fiscal Impact and no Net County Cost associated with this agenda item.

Action to be taken following Board approval:
1) The Clerk will obtain the Chair's signature on the Consent To Offer Dedication And Rejection Of Offer
2) The Clerk will record the IOD with the Consent To Offer Dedication And Rejection Of Offer, attached to the back of the document.
3) The Clerk will return a copy of the recorded document to the County Surveyor's Office.
