DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On June 16, 2016, following a closed session on the subject, the Board announced out its intention to appoint Larry T. Combs as Chief Administrative Officer subject to confirming that action in open session and approval of appointment agreement. This is an action to appoint Larry T. Combs as CAO effective June 23, 2015, per the attached Employment Agreement for approval.

Sign the Employment Agreement By and Between County of El Dorado and Larry T. Combs.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no increase in net county cost because the salary and benefits for the Chief Administrative Officer are alrealdy budgeted.
CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS
Clerk of the Board shall obtain the Chair's siganture on the Employment Agreement By and Between County of El Dorado and Larry T. Combs, and provide two (2) fully executed copies to CAO.
