DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION
The Registrar of Voters is the Election Official for local jurisdictions within the County. The Elections Department can handle the consolidation of the jurisdictions' contest onto the General Election ballot.
DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Elections Code Sections 10400 et seq. provide for consolidation of local jurisdiction elections with the General Election to be conducted by the El Dorado County Registrar of Voters on November 3, 2015.
