DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS:
County Surveyor's Office recommending the Board accept, on behalf of those public entities that will provide services, an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 15-008) for public utility easements from LENNAR HOMES OF CALIFORNIA, INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION. The offers are described in Exhibit A and delineated on Exhibit B of the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication.
DISCUSSION BACKGROUND:
The County Surveyor's Office received an application from LENNAR HOMES OF CALIFORNIA, INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, for an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 15-008), for public utility easements in support of the Carson Creek Specific Plan.
These easement dedications are in response to a request from PG&E.

ACTION TO BE TAKEN FOLLOWING BOARD APPROVAL:
1) The Clerk will obtain the Chair’s signature on the Consent To Offer Of Dedication and Acceptance Of Offer.
2) The Clerk will record the IOD with the Consent To Offer Of Dedication and Acceptance Of Offer, attached to the back of the document.
3) The Clerk will return a copy of the recorded document to the County Surveyor’s Office.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no Fiscal Impact and no Net County Cost associated with this agenda item.
