Background:
The County has a five-year Capital Improvement Program (upcoming fiscal year plus four subsequent fiscal years) for major infrastructure (including roads, parks, and facilities) that is updated annually.
 
Reason for Recommendation:
County staff from the departments of Transportation, General Services, and Environmental Management  wish to brief the Board on proposed projects for inclusion in the FY 2007-08 through FY 2011-12 Capital Improvement Program.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:
Staff will prepare materials for scheduled workshop.
