DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION
Transportation Division (Transportation) recommending approval of Offsite Road Improvement Agreement for Wilson Estates, TM 14-1515, Agreement #16-54409 (Agreement), in order for Renasci Wilson Estates, LLC, as Developer to comply with the Road Improvement Conditions of Approval for the Wilson Estates Project. This subdivision Project was approved by the Board on November 13, 2014 (Item No. 4), and is required to construct improvements on Green Valley Road and Malcom Dixon Road.

ALTERNATIVES
This Agreement is necessary in order for the approved development Project to move forward. If the Agreement is not approved, the Developer would not be able to construct the necessary roadway and sewer improvements to serve the Project or fulfill the Conditions of Approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The requested Board action has no associated fiscal impact or Net County Cost. The Developer will bear the cost of providing the improvements in the proposed Agreement.

CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS
1. The Clerk will obtain the Chair’s signature on the two (2) originals of Agreement #16-54409.
2. The Clerk will return one (1) fully executed original of Agreement #16-54409 to Transportation, attention Andrew Gaber.
