Clerk of the Board recommending the Board approve corrected Minutes for Item 26 (File ID 13-0083) from the regular meeting of April 19, 2016 to reflect a "No" vote from Supervisor Mikulaco and direct the Clerk to file a corrected Resolution 071-2016 reflecting the accurate vote of 4-1 in favor.

The Clerk of the Board inadvertantly failed to mark the "No" vote of Supervisor Mikualco on this item and the error was not recognized until after the Board voted unanumously to adopt the Minutes for April 19, 2016 at their meeting of May 3, 2016. This item seeks only to accurately reflect the vote on item 26 on April 19, 2016 which has been verified by the Clerk of the Board as 4-1 in favor.
CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP
Upon approval, the Clerk will;
1) Make the appropriate correction to the Minutes;
2) Obtain the Chair's signature on a corrected Resolution 071-2016 and file accordingly;
3) Provide the Auditor-Controller and Sheriff's offices with certified copies of the corrected Resolution with a Minute Order for this file, reflecting the official correction; and
4) Add the corrected Resolution to agenda file 13-0083 for public viewing.
