Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: None
Reason for Recommendation: The Cameron Park Courthouse ADR Modular Building project is an addition of a 1,920 square foot modular building expansion to the existing courthouse facility in Cameron Park. Utilities would connect to the existing on-site utility infrastructure that currently serves the Courthouse. The project would not expand parking on site or result in a change of existing uses or hours of operation. This project consists of two components. (1) The Building package which is to be manufactured off-site in a plant, and installing on-site a 36-foot by 40-foot modular relocatable building; and (2) Constructing the sitework and site utilities for the future placement by others of a 36-foot by 40-foot modular relocatable building.
General Services recommending Chairman be authorized to sign Bid Documents GS 08-1005 and GS 08-1008 for the Cameron Park Courthouse ADR Sitework and Building projects; and authorize said Department to advertise referenced projects
Action to be taken following Board approval: General Services will advertise the Cameron Park Courthouse ADR projects and will return to the Board at a future date to award the bid.
