General Services Department recommending the following pertaining to the Cameron Park Courthouse ADR Modular Building Project:
1) Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) document;
2) Approve the project as described in the CEQA document;
3) Authorize Chairman to sign the Notice of Determination; and
4) Authorize General Services to file the Notice of Determination with the County Recorder.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve.

Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: None
Background: General Services has worked with the Planning Services and Pacific Municipal Consultants in the preparation of an initial study/mitigated negative declaration for the Cameron Park Courthouse ADR Modular Building Project. The project will consist of miscellaneous site work together with the placement of a modular building, adjacent to the existing Cameron Park Courthouse. Approval of the mitigated negative declaration will allow the County to continue with the permitting process as required for this project.
Reason for Recommendation: The Department of General Services recommending the following pertaining to the Cameron Park Courthouse ADR Modular Building Project:
(1) Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration, CEQA document;
(2) Approve the project as described in the CEQA document; and
(3) Chairman to sign the Notice of Determination; and
(4) Authorize General Services to file the Notice of Determination with the County Recorder.
Action to be taken following Board approval: General Services will file the Notice of Determination with the County Clerk.
