Reason for Recommendation: The original budget submitted to Department of Insurance (DOI) included the carry-over of prior year funds. The budget was approved by DOI. This agenda item is to approve the Budget Transfer Requests to move the monies over from prior fiscal years to the current 07/08 fiscal year budget.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Board Chair to sign Budget Transfer. Budget Transfer #1 to be forwarded to Auditors office for processing.
