RECOMMENDED ACTION: Planning Commission recommending the Board take the following action: 1. Adopt the negative declaration, as prepared; and 2. Approve Z06-0014 rezoning Assessor's Parcel Number 054-321-63 from Professional Office Commercial (CPO) to General Commercial-Planned Development (CG-PD), based on the findings listed on Attachment 1.
Background: This application was considered by the Planning Commission on October 25, 2007, and recommended for approval on a 4-1 vote with Commissioner Tolhurst being absent. The applicant was not present. There was no one in the audience wishing to give input. No new significant issues were discussed other than those in the staff report.
