RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve.
FUNDING: Districts will be billed individual costs for their elections. The Registrar of Voters will be reimbursed by said districts.

Background: The results of the votes cast at the Consolidated Districts Election held November 6, 2007 were certified on November 14, 2007. A copy of the Statement of Vote is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Board.
Reason for Recommendation: Elections Code section 15400 states that the governing board shall declare the results of each election held under its jurisdiction.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Registrar of Voters will receive and file.
