Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: There is no change in Net County Cost. Funds are available for this project through the Off Highway Vehicle Fuel Tax Funds.
 
Background:  The Parks Division retained Environmental Stewardship and Planning, Inc. to prepare the Environmental Impact Report for the Rubicon Trail Master Plan. The Agreement did not include a provision for costs associated with printing the document for distribution.  The cost has now been determined to be $4,125.00
 
Reason for Recommendation:  Amendment III to Agreement  539-S0611 is necessary in order to pay the vendor for costs incurred to print the document.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval: Board Clerk's office with forward the executed Amendment documents to General Services for administration, distribution, and encumbrance.
