Funding for this project is included in the Courts ADR Special Revenue Funds.
 
Background: The Cameron Park Courthouse ADR Modular Building - Building Package project consists of the manufacturing off-site, in a plant, together with the installation, on-site, of a 48 foot by 40 foot modular building.
 
On September 25, 2007, agenda item #17 (07-1418) the Board authorized General Services to bid the project. The bids were opened on December 4, 2007, with one bidder (Design Space Modular Buildings) whose lowest qualified and responsive bid was for $404,219.00.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval: Board to approve award of project to Design Space Modular Buildings and Chairman to execute said agreement. Upon execution of agreement General Services will complete the administrative processing of the contract.
