Funding for this project is included in the Courts ADR Special Revenue Funds.
Background: The Cameron Park Courthouse ADR Modular Building - Sitework Package project generally consists of earthwork, foundation and utilities in preparation for the placement of a 48 foot by 40 foot modular building.
On September 25, 2007, agenda item #17 (07-1418) the Board authorized General Services to bid the project. The bids were opened on December 4, 2007, with ten bidders, of which R. T. English Construction Company, Inc. was the lowest qualified and responsive bidder. Their bid was for $218,709.00. A copy of the bid summary list is attached for reference.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Board to approve award of project to R. T. English Construction Company, Inc. and Chairman to execute said agreement. Upon execution of agreement General Services will complete the administrative processing of the contract.
