Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: Approval of the attached Land Use Agreements will provide revenues of approximately $6,743 per year.
 
Background: The County of El Dorado leases land for the sole purpose of storage, care, and maintenance of Lessees' aircraft.  These agreements are retroactive due to backlogs in the lease administration unit.
 
Reason for Recommendation: Agreements necessary for hangars located at the Placerville Airport.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval: Board clerk will forward to General Services the executed agreements for distribution and administration.
