Body
Mr. Orosco submitted an application for a rezone on APN 124-300-90 from R2A to CG-DC to bring this parcel into compliance with the General Plan. At the Planning Commission hearing on December 13, 2007, the Commission approved a motion to recommend Commerical-Planned Development C-PD to the BOS. At the BOS hearing on January 15, 2008, Mr. Orosco submitted a letter asking to rescind his application if the Board would not allow a rezoning of his property to CG-DC and approving Planning Commission's recommendation to apply the PD overlay. At the hearing it was discussed and suggested the BOS might want to consider waiving Mr. Orosco's fees if the PD overlay was applied against his wishes, noting if staff did the rezone to bring this parcel into compliance with the General Plan, Mr. Orosco would not be paying for anything.
