Chen, as Trustees of the Chen 1998 Revocable Trust.

FUNDING: Funding for this acquisition will be provided by a Federal High-Risk Rural Roads Grant with matching funds from the Regional Surface Transportation Program Exchange Funds.

Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation is currently in the design phase to realign a high-risk segment of Latrobe Road, north of Ryan Ranch Road, in El Dorado Hills (Latrobe Road Project #73359, Milepost 7.0 to 7.35 ).
