Supervisor Dupray requests Board approve attached Resolution and authorize Chairman to sign a letter to the County Fire Marshall approving a request by Pyro Spectaculars, Inc. to conduct a pyrotechnic display as part of the annual "4th of July Celebration" on Friday, July 4, 2008, at the Placerville Speedway infield racetrack at the El Dorado County Fairgrounds. This approval shall be contingent upon Pyro Spectaculars, Inc. complying fully with the necessary requirements, insurance, contracts and permits as directed by the fire control and local officials.
