There are no fees or assessments relative to this License Agreement. There is no Fiscal Impact associated with this item. There is no Net County Cost.

Reason for Recommendation:
The Transportation Department (Department) is in the process of implementing the Angora 3 Erosion Control Project (Project), which is scheduled for construction this summer. The Project improvements include tree removal, curb and gutter with tie-in pavement, sediment traps, drainage inlets, culverts, rock-lined channels, grass-lined swales, sod salvage and transplant, porous pavement, sediment basins, and bio-retention areas, humus, mulch, and tackifier applications.

This proposed License Agreement for the Project provides access to twenty-four (24) parcels owned by the California Tahoe Conservancy (CTC), upon which the improvements described above will be performed: APN #s 033-441-14, 033-441-15, 033-441-20, 033-441-21, 033-441-22, 033-442-17, 033-442-22, 033-442-24, 033-443-01, 033-443-02, 033-443-03, 033-453-14, 033-453-17, 033-453-19, 033-454-10, 033-455-05, 033-485-06, 033-503-02, 033-511-02, 033-511-03, 033-511-05, 033-511-06, 033-511-21, and 033-552-06. Exhibit A of the License Agreement describes the proposed improvements for each parcel.

The CTC prepared two (2) originals of the License Agreement to grant the County permission to access the CTC-owned parcels.
