Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:  Funding is budgeted in the Fleet accident  fund, in the internal service fund.
 
Background:  Facilities and Fleet Services Department contracts with several local vendors for automotive body work services including but not limited to structural damage alignment, repairing and replacing sheet metal panels, welding, plastic repair, replacing parts, repairing or replacing glass, and refinishing vehicles to an original color match including paint mixing, tinting and blending.
 
Reason for Recommendation:  The Fleet Division coordinates and monitors preventive maintenance and repair work on the County's vehicle fleet.  In accordance with Procurement Policy C-17, Fleet Division and Department of Transportation staff reviewed the contract and the vendor's qualificaitions.  
 
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:  The Chairman to sign Agreement for Services #855-S0811.  Board clerk will forward to Facilities and Fleet Services Department signed agreements for distribution and administration.
