Funding for the project will come from Traffic Impact Mitigation (TIM) funds (up to $1,000,000), with the excess coming from Developer Advanced funds. There is no net County cost associated with this agenda item.

Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation is working in conjunction with the developer of the Silver Springs subdivision to prepare plans and specifications for improvements to a portion of Bass Lake Road from Madera Drive north to the beginning of existing Hill Road, and from that point north to the end of existing Hill Road, constructing the new Silver Springs Parkway (Offsite Improvements) Project #66108. The project will create a new connecting road between Bass Lake Road and Green Valley Road. All way stop signs will be placed at the new intersection of Bass Lake Road and Silver Springs Parkway for traffic control.
