Supervisor Baumann requests Board approve the extension of Building Permit #168727-Single Family Dwelling Unit and Building Permit #168728-Detached Garage (APN: 077-651-18) to October 3, 2009. The property owners have paid all applicable building and TIM fees related to the permit for a single family dwelling and a detached garage. Construction of the detached garage is complete and the foundation for the single family dwelling is complete. Extension of the building permit for the single family dwelling will enable the owner to complete construction. The permit for the detached garage cannot be finaled until the family dwelling passes final inspection, thus the request to extend the time limit for both permits.
