Reason for Recommendation:
At the request of the Fallen Leaf Lake Community Services District, the Chief Administrative Office presents to the Board and requests the Board adopt the attached Resolution to ratify the 2007 California Fire Code, with local amendments for the territory served by each District, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 13869.7 and 17958.7 as adopted by the Fallen Leaf Lake Community Services District.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Board Chair to sign two copies of attached resolution and forward to the Chief Administrative Office for distribution to the District.
