Surveyor's Office recommending the Board:
1) Acknowledge and accept an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a Road Right of Way Easement subject to the condition that it will not be County maintained unless and until it has been accepted into the County maintained road system by Resolution of the Board;
2) Acknowledge and accept a Public Utilities Easement on behalf of those public entities that will provide services, subject to the purveyor’s construction standards; and
3) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer of Dedication and Acceptance of Offer and to record the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD) with the Consent attached. Authorization for recording said Offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Surveyor's Office received an application from Stonehenge Springs, a Limited Liability Company, for an IOD (IOD 16-002) for a Road Right of Way Easement and a Public Utility Easement on Assessor’s Parcel Number 054-402-18, and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” of the attached Exhibits.
