Surveyor's Office recommending the Board:
1) Consent to and accept an Irrevocable Offer Of Dedication for road right-of-way and public utility easement from the Visman Family Revocable Trust dated August 7, 1981 on Assessor’s Parcel Number 048-160-40 and being more particularly described and depicted in Exhibits A and B of the attached corresponding IOD;
2) Consent to and accept an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for road right-of-way and public utility easement from Sierra View Ranch, a California General Partnership on Assessor’s Parcel Number 048-160-53 and being more particularly described and depicted in Exhibits A1 and B1 of the attached corresponding IOD; and
3) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent To Offer Of Dedication And Acceptance Of Offer for approved Irrevocable Offers of Dedication and to record approved IODs with said applicable Consent documents attached. Authorization for recording said offers is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.

Surveyor's Office recommending the Board consent to and accept, two Irrevocable Offers of Dedication from the Visman Family Revocable Trust dated August 7, 1981 and Sierra View Ranch, a California General Partnership, for road right-of-way and public utility easements located on a portion of Assessor’s Parcels 048-160-40 and 048-080-53.
DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Surveyor's Office received an application for Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD) 14-004 from Visman Family Revocable Trust dated August 7, 1981 and Sierra View Ranch, a California General Partnership, for two Irrevocable Offers of Dedication for road right-of-way and public utility easements, said easements are a portion of Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 048-160-40 and 048-080-53. Both offers were made at the request of the Community Development Agency, Transportation Division and will provide documented right of way along Carson Road.
