Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) facilitating a presentation to the Board to provide a status on the Healthy Communities Strategic Plan Goal.
DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND:
The Healthy Communities project has been a collaborative effort including multiple community stakeholders as well as HHSA staff. Review of the attached documentation includes a list of participants in each of the Projects.
